The Business Impact of AssetVoice™

Stop asset loss before it happens

Assets go missing undetected — and by the time anyone notices, the cost is already sunk.

AssetVoice™ triggers instant alerts the moment an asset leaves a designated zone or changes status unexpectedly, so you can intervene before losses accumulate.

Locate any asset in seconds

Teams waste hours physically searching for equipment across sites, warehouses, and vehicles.

A single search returns the exact location, current status, and last movement of any asset — no phone calls, no guesswork, no wasted journeys.

Pass audits without the panic

Compliance records are built manually, filed inconsistently, and only scrutinised under audit pressure.

AssetVoice™ builds a tamper-evident maintenance and movement history automatically — so when auditors arrive, your records are already complete.

Deploy what you have — buy less

Assets sit idle in one location while the same item gets ordered elsewhere, because nobody knows real utilisation.

Live utilisation data across every site shows what’s available, what’s overdue for return, and where underused assets can be redeployed before you spend on new ones.

One source of truth for every team

Maintenance, operations, and finance track assets in separate systems — creating gaps, duplication, and conflicting reports.

AssetVoice™ gives every department a single shared view of each asset’s status, location, condition, and history — eliminating the reconciliation overhead.

Cut costs with data, not assumptions

Procurement, maintenance scheduling, and budgeting are driven by gut feel or outdated spreadsheets — leading to overspend and avoidable breakdowns.

AssetVoice™ surfaces patterns across your entire asset base so you can schedule maintenance proactively, time procurement precisely, and eliminate waste.

Who AssetVoice™ Is Built For

Every team that touches an asset has a different problem. AssetVoice™ solves all of them.

Operations Manager

You’re accountable for asset performance across multiple sites, but the data you need is split across systems, arrives late, and never tells the full story.

AssetVoice™ gives you a live, unified view of every asset’s location, status, and utilisation — so you can act on what’s happening now, not what happened last week.

Finance Lead

You’re under pressure to control asset spend, but procurement decisions are based on assumptions — because nobody can show you what’s actually being used or where.

AssetVoice™ exposes real utilisation data so you can redeploy underused assets, time purchases precisely, and justify every capital decision with evidence.

Maintenance Specialist

You spend more time reacting to breakdowns than preventing them — because you don’t have visibility of asset condition until something has already failed.

AssetVoice™ tracks maintenance status and movement history for every asset, so you can schedule work proactively, prioritise the right jobs, and keep audit records complete automatically.

How AssetVoice™ Gets Deployed

A simple 6-step process to digitise asset tracking and control workflows.

1. Asset Tagging

Every asset is physically verified and tagged with an RFID, Barcode, or QR code label — creating a unique, scannable identity for each item before it enters the system.

2. Hardware Install

Automated readers are fitted at doorways and key locations to capture asset movement passively. Handheld RFID, Barcode, and QR scanners are paired with tablets for manual checks and inventory counts in the field.

3. Configure Locations

Your tracking structure is mapped in AssetVoice™ — warehouses, buildings, rooms, zones, and vehicles are all defined so every movement is recorded against the right place.

4. Configure Workflows

AssetVoice™ workflows are tailored to your operations — mapping each stage of an asset’s life, defining who gets notified, and setting the permissions that govern who can do what.

5. ERP Integration

AssetVoice™ connects to your existing systems — SAP, IBM Maximo, Sage, Salesforce, and others — via secure RESTful APIs, so asset data flows automatically without manual re-entry.

6. Rollout & Training

AssetVoice™ is deployed to your teams with hands-on, role-specific training — so everyone is confident tracking, monitoring, and managing assets from day one.

One Platform, total Integration.

Enterprise-grade controls to protect data, secure access, and maintain accountability across every AssetVoice™ workflow.

Security Built into AssetVoice™

Enterprise-grade controls to protect data, secure access, and maintain accountability across every AssetVoice™ workflow.

SSL Encryption

All traffic is protected in transit with SSL, helping ensure sensitive operational and asset data remains encrypted between users and the platform.

Two Factor Authentication

Strengthen account security by requiring a second verification factor in addition to passwords, reducing risk from compromised credentials.

Cyber Essentials Certified

Cyber Essentials is the UK Government’s minimum standard of cyber security, developed by the NCSC. AssetVoice™ is certified against its five technical controls — firewalls, secure configuration, user access control, malware protection, and security update management — to protect against the most common internet-based cyber threats.

OAuth Authentication

AssetVoice™ uses OAuth-based token authentication to verify users and control secure access to platform features and APIs. Tokens are passed securely between client and service, helping ensure only authorised users and applications can access protected resources.

Granular Role Based Access Controls (RBAC)

Define permissions at detailed role level so users only see and act on the data and workflows relevant to their responsibilities.

Audit Logging

Full audit trails capture user activity and key events to support investigations, compliance reporting, and transparent governance.

RFID Asset Tracking & Control

Explore how AssetVoice™ uses RFID technology to deliver real-time asset visibility and streamline management of change processes. Improve accuracy, reduce manual tracking, and maintain full control over your assets with a smarter, more efficient system.
